Hey guys,
I am new to PE and got a lynk pump.
I don’t like the idea of a penis extender
So my question is can I gain size with pump only and maybe Manual stretches?
If so, would like you to point out a routine or a guide.

There’s enough men here who confirm pumping is the only thing they do and made gains. The frequency, regularity and physiology has something to do with it. Some men just easily responds to PE training while others take longer. I pump, hang, edge clamp, stretch. I easily get bored and that’s on me. I really don’t care much on superior method other than I know I can’t sustain manual force as its hard on my wrist and fingers so i rely on other things to help out. Read about pumping 101 and other pumping threads to get ideas and maximize your growth. Don’t be afraid to experiment on other methods. Check basic manual methods. Welcome!
The best way to learn is to start reading. Here’s a good place to begin:
Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG
Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.
Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.
This was something I been seriously wondering for girth purposes so thanks for posting this so I don’t have to.
