There’s enough men here who confirm pumping is the only thing they do and made gains. The frequency, regularity and physiology has something to do with it. Some men just easily responds to PE training while others take longer. I pump, hang, edge clamp, stretch. I easily get bored and that’s on me. I really don’t care much on superior method other than I know I can’t sustain manual force as its hard on my wrist and fingers so i rely on other things to help out.
