Pumping Flaccid - can you still make gains?
My main goal with pumping is to add more girth.
In my brief pumping career I have intuitively felt that my best sessions have been when I go in the tube at 80% or so erection level.
However to make a long story short, I sort of suffer from “PE Anxiety” so that when I sit down to do PE, it takes a while to get relaxed and to work up an erection. Relaxation is the key ingredient — somehow maybe I think the stakes are high when it is time to PE. Who know, yes I am nuts.
Anyway, sometimes I don’t have that kind of time when it is time to do a workout. So I have gone in at 30% or so, or even completely flaccid. Psychologically I feel that these workouts are not so great, probably because I don’t see my penis getting as big in the tube as with the 80% workouts.
So are these workouts really a waste of time, or will I get something out of them?
