For the life of me, I can’t seem to keep a good erection and measure at the same time. I will work it up and as soon as I go to measure it, it starts to go away. Frustrating. But, I think I got a good bone pressed length measurement which was 7 inches! I started at 6.5”. I think that maybe I never did get a true original measurement because of a similar same issue with EQ and maybe I was longer than I measured at first. It’s been about 5 weeks with some set backs here and there, but lately it’s been going good. The girth I measured today was 4.5” which was dissapointing, but hopefully that wasn’t a true measurement either. Be nice to be at least 4.6 or 4.7”.

I am going to give horny goat weed/Maca a try. I can get an erection and maintain it during sex, but I feel like it’s not 100% and the desire isn’t all there. Hoping for the best.

I’ve been practicing reverse kegels quite a bit and have been trying to train myself to do them when working myself into full erections. Particularly when standing. I used to always just contract with a regular kegel to try and keep my erection for measuring. I find that the reverse kegels works better for me. It’s taken me a month or so of practice, but now I can push with a reverse kegel and balloon my erection to it’s maximum and hold it for 10 seconds or more. Try getting yourself hard and then pushing hard like you are trying to piss. Might take some practice, but it’s helped me to take better measurement and measurement photos. I also find if I relax while working my erection up and pay attention to not contract your kegel muscles, but instead, let the blood flow in naturally, it tends to stay hard longer. Forcing it to get hard by contracting muscles and pumping in blood seems to give more fleeting and temporary erections.

Wow thanks. I will try that. Been hearing about reverse kegals but never knew what they were or what they were good for. I also have a hard time finishing during sex. My wife will get hers and I still need to keep going, I wonder if they will help in any way with that?

They could be considered as a way to provide muscle relaxation, those muscles that are getting stressed out by regular kegels. By conscientely doing both we’ll a balanced pelvic muscles.

I don’t have erection issues, but when I erect I don’t want to measure, I want to use it. It is easier to measure the erection in the morning when I awake with a wood, happens every morning.

I have tried Maca and Horny Goat Weed, doesn’t do a thing for me. I found the amino acids L-Arginine and L-Citruline more effective at having lots of erections with a shorter refractory period.

L-Citruline is what I need to give a try. Been hearing a lot about it. I have been on L-Arganine for a few weeks.

I have found that kegeling while trying to get an erection also contributes to premature ejaculation, if predisposed to that.

Yes, reverse kegeling while trying to get an erection will not only help with firmer erections but also help to last longer during sex.

I’ve also been experimenting with reverse kegels for about a month and I like the results so far.
