Stretched Flaccid Measurement
I have read some information on stretched flaccid measurements here.
I do something that might be useful to others.
My stretched flaccid length seems quite stable. (I should say relaxed stretched length, I am definitely a “grower”.)
I use this measurement for 2 things:
1. For positive feedback on gains. I can do a quick measurement in the morning and evening, (it is much easier than an erect measurement).
Although it seems I am an easy gainer so far, I can actually see some positive difference every 2-3 days.
2. For PE routine intensity feedback. If I am a little shorter in the morning, say one tenth or one eighth inch, I know that the workout the night before was at the upper limit of intensity that I want to do as a newbie. If the length is the same as the last few days, then I know that the previous routine was less than the upper limit of intensity. If I see no gain or the shorter measurement for 2 days in a row, then I know that it is time to take a day off.
This stretched measurement is interesting. I am self employed so I can take many measurements throughout the day. Not only are the measurements stable, they follow the same pattern each day. Long in the morning, shorter at noon, and then longer yet at night before a workout.
I have been doing jelqs and stretches for what I consider to be a month. (I feel that it took me 3 weeks to really get the “hang” of doing them properly, so I am calling my starting point the end of those three weeks, which was a month ago.)
Using this feedback I can say that I have gained over 0.25 inch BPEL in this month for sure. No way to doubt it. At full maximum arousal it is probably more.
I can also say that I have gained 0.5 inch stretched flaccid. (Although my goals involve erect length, I could care less about flaccid length except as a PE tool.)
If anyone has any thoughts on this that might help.
