Can't stay hard to measure

I really don’t know what to do here, I’ve been trying for the last couple days to measure my progress but I can’t hold an erection while I’m struggling with the measuring tape. I don’t have access to anything like viagra so that’s out the window, any advice? I really don’t want to get back into my routine until I have accurate measurements.

I have no problems getting an erection normally, but once the ruler comes out my erection just dies.

This is a common enough problem. I’ve had to resort to laying the ruler out on a desk and getting hard just as near to it as I can get. Then once I’m hard I can just grab up the ruler and BAM get a measurement as quickly as possible. Trying to measure AND grab a camera to snap a quick picture is even tougher.

Could you use a cock ring to get a good/easier length measurement? Then knowing that it distorts girth, then get a measurement without it for girth?

Im planning to measure end of year and hoping can apply the tape for girth and keep stimulating while getting the girth measurement with the tailors tape around.
