Captain's Wench - "Soft Touch by Waxman"

I live in Canada, and I haven’t yet actually seen a Lowe’s, let alone been in one. I’ve searched high and low for these critical parts of a Captain’s Wench at Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, and even several independant Carpeting/Flooring centers, but I am still unable to locate them. Does anybody know of a suitable substitute for these items, or for a location around the GTA in Ontario that carries them?
