Cardio Exercise As A Substitute For Warm Ups?
Hi all, unfortunately I have fallen out of PE routines as of late. I guess I fell out is because of the time PE takes up makes it hard to maintain regularly. That being said I do plan to start again. In an attempt to cut down on PE time I thought about maybe doing it after doing my regular cardio session. Since cardio loosens and warms up your body I thought that maybe I could skip warming up with a wet towel for PE routines. What do you guys think? Is it a good idea ?
