Cardio Exercise As A Substitute For Warm Ups?

Hi all, unfortunately I have fallen out of PE routines as of late. I guess I fell out is because of the time PE takes up makes it hard to maintain regularly. That being said I do plan to start again. In an attempt to cut down on PE time I thought about maybe doing it after doing my regular cardio session. Since cardio loosens and warms up your body I thought that maybe I could skip warming up with a wet towel for PE routines. What do you guys think? Is it a good idea ?

It may work in some very early stages of PE, but if you plan to commit fully to the PE, sooner or later you will need more time for your routine and constant heat will be mandatory.

Actually, cardio and other forms of exercise send blood flow to the major muscle groups involved and thus tend to rob blood flow going to your penis. So no, I think this full body activity does not work as a warm up for PE.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
