How does Diet and Cardio Vascular Exercise Effect PE Gains?

Everyone,

In your opinion how: ‘Does Diet and Cardio Vascular Exercise Effect PE Gains?’ It would be great if you could give some examples from your personal experience.

If indeed these components do improve gains, then it would be a good idea to encorporate them into the routines. Thanks everyone.

Well, noone has posted yet, so I suppose I might as well.
They do increase gains.

That’s all I have to say.

i think the first thing that is noticeable is the increased hardness. Next, I regainned the ‘throb and bob’ of my youth.

The increased circulation from your body being fitter, better ability to produce hormones and process energy more efficiently, plus having a stronger heart to pump the blood around your body, will increase the blood and vital nutrients going to all parts of the body including the penis. Helping to feed, oxygenate, hydrate and keep your penis warm and expanded.

There is one thing stronger than all the armies in the world: and that is an idea whose time has come.

There are 3 main points of view of how diet and exercise affect PE results:

  • No effect.
  • Better physical condition promotes gains since tissue repair is optimized. This presumes we want tissue repair optimized.
  • Low intake of vitamin C and possibly other vitamins and minerals, or a net caloric deficit (dieting) are beneficial by hindering tissue repair. Fatigue is better maintained by not healing as much between sessions.
Take your pick. :) Personally, I don’t think it makes much difference.

I have always been of the school of thought that if you take care of your body with proper diet and exercise, you will be in better shape all over including your penis than if you did none of those things. I haven’t done any significant PE in quite a while, but I have changed my diet and exercise habits for the better and I feel that I have better function down there than I did before. Not a night and day difference, mind you but a difference. I would think it would be a complement to PE.

Then you have the obvious aesthetic advantage of fat loss with your cardio workout. As Tom Hubbard used to stress, any penis looks better and bigger on a lean body. The pubic fat pad is a bitch to reduce, though.

Retired.
