That about sums it up for me too.

Hard is way way way more important. A really rock hard erection pleases a woman far more that massive soft size. I started to PE to get harder and last longer. I actually have gained an inch in length and 1/4 inch in girth over the past year. By far though I feel way more confident knowing that I can tear it up when I need to and not worry about going soft.

How do I improve my NBPEL?

My Wife is happy with my erect size. Multiple orgasms etc..

Flaccid size was always my hangup at high school and flaccid size is what it’s all about for me!

I’ve never really been teased or anything, I am just somewhat vain and a bit of a perfectionist - I want to be as good as possible, mentally and physically. And I guess I feel a large flaccid just looks good.

Flaccid can be embarrassing. I am 3 inches at the moment, which I really want to get to 5, and seeing as I have had people tell me it is possible in 6 months to get 2 flaccid, 1 erect.

I just want it for the looks and confidence. I hated showering in high school, even though there were hardly any of the guys who were larger anyways, I always longed for a longer cock in both flaccid and erect.

Wondering if there should be a new/updated thread on ADS? At least for me… ADS have provided additional gains, when used with a solid program, over just the program. I also think, similarly to other forms of exercises, warm ups and cool downs are better for the body. I use ADS (light weights) for this purpose.

Older threads had a lot of arguments over one routine being better than any others and a lot of “this or that” doesn’t work stuff and “it’s not a muscle”…Trying to stay out of that.

But I have always cared a bit about my flaccid. I would love a fuller, more consistent flaccid hang. The only methods of P.E I am willing to subject myself to are jelqing, light manual stretching, pumping, kegelling and pills (be they enlargement pills, other ‘natural’ supplements or shit like viagra cialisis).so by utilising these exercises can anyone reccomend the best way to get a big flaccid? I have read the basic newbie routines etc but I am looking for something a bit more specific. But all advice is welcome. And, I am wondering if anyone has a similar mindset to me?

Some people have indicated in their posts that a post workout cooldown helps to cement gains and maintain a larger flaccid after workouts. I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks (yeah I know) and I suspect it does *help* in this regard.

I have a wet paper towel in a ziplock bag in the freezer. I thaw it out beforehand so it can conform to any surface, and then apply it for 2 minutes post hanging. I warm up and maintain some heat throughout my workout, and ultimately remove heat about 10 minutes prior to the end of my workout. Upon finishing the last 10 minutes of my final hanging set, I apply the cold for 2 minutes.

I can’t stress enough that others have made it a point to not apply the cold for any more than 2.5 minutes and I would not exceed 2.5 minutes.

Edit: In the last 2 weeks I’ve also incorporated an "ADS" method which might also help. I’ve introduced both the cool down and this method in the last two weeks, so hard to say which is contributing most to flaccid hang. Sorry, I don’t have a link but I found this on Thunders and copied it to my notes. My ADS is slightly different, using a different cloth and ace bandage but the same principle applies. ALWAYS. Check it every 15 minutes to ensure proper blood flow.

Free ADS Method: Sweat Shirt Cloth, Theraband, Ace bandage:

Wrap with the cloth material first on the flaccid shaft HALF-WAY between the head and base.
Just wrap tight enough for the cloth to stay on.
Then wrap with Theraband with some tension.
Next, watch some porn or do a little stimulation.
When you feel the pressure build up on the base side of the wrap, slowly slide the wrap TOWARD THE BASE.
You will feel and see the blood go on the head side of the wrap. If it does not, then the wrap is too tight.
Then, you can slide the wrap toward the head a little to avoid excessive lateral skin stretch.
The head and upper shaft should go ahead and fill the rest of the way by itself.
Once you get this technique down, you can put the wrap where you wish and do the same thing. It is probably easier if you do it at mid-shaft to begin with.

I also care more about FL than EL. I increased my FL 1.35” using a rod extender with vac head. Those gains apparently cemented because my measurement now is the same as 3 years ago after taking most of that time off PE. That gain took me from “Average” to “Abnormally Large” according to the SDCalc scale. Pretty happy with that!

No, I have two. My primary is just a chamois cut to spec and wrapped with a self-adhering sports wrap. The key is, it can’t be too tight but just tight enough to keep the penis slightly engorged with blood. Check every 18 minutes to ensure the temperature is normal and so you don’t kill your penis. This keeps it around the full flaccid/near erect length.

Slides: are you still doing the wet paper towel cooldown? Any thing new with that? I still do my cooldowns with the weighted ADS.
