So, after some browsing around on the interwebz, I found out that celery contains two types of androstenone and androstenol.
These two molecules apparently serve as pheromones making you getting noticed more in bars etc.
It is also rich in vitamin K, C and potassium.

Now this is all nice and even beneficial for the single men out here (including myself unfortunately), however the real information
about celery is really scarce. The only thing I found out is that bodybuilders often eat it and I’d like to know more about it.

So here’s the question to the vets: Does eating celery help PE in any way?
And sad I’d take it up as a healthy snack, how much should I take per day? Anyone got experience with it and noticed real effects/benefits?

You can’t eat too much vegetables (of course, that doesn’t mean you should eat few kilograms a day). I eat 6-7 times a day and I try to eat 150-200 grams of vegetables with every meal, my favorite is fresh cabbage and carrots. Most vegetables and fruits are rich with potassium and have low sodium, which is also good.

I don’t think eating celery will help PE particularly, but having overall good nutritional habits (e.g. bodybuilding) certainly will.

I eat a lot of healthy vegetables including celery and it is just impossible to single out the benefits coming from just one. I would definitely keep celery on your list of super foods to eat. They all lead to heart health, low blood pressure and good circulation and that means healthy blood flow going to your cock as well.

I eat one 10” to 12” stalk a day and that is good fiber too and only 10 calories.

I already was eating pretty healthy, but just curious about it. It just that I’m hungry in the evenings and wanted to change to a more healthy snack that I’ve found now.

Celery actually has what you might call “negative calories”. Meaning that it costs more in terms of calories to digest than what you gain from that digestion. So, it’s a good way to fill up with no calorie gain.

Another great healthy snack is apples. Skin on of course.

I know I’m obsessed with PE when my first thought is that most celery stalks are 8” or less.
But yes definitely healthy and I heard somewhere that Peter North used it to increase cum load.

I eat it with peanut butter on it.

I eat some celery here & there, but maybe I should make it more of a habit.

There is a story in Tommy Lee’s book, “Tommyland” wherein Tommy met Peter North at a party in LA, and of course asked him how he did his thing, time after time, and Peter told him 2 heads of celery the day before a scene was being shot. Some people get amazing results with celery. I tried it, but it didn’t do much for me. Probably did give me a slight increase, but, your mileage may vary.

Celery is known to be an aphrodisiac. The green leaves are the best - that’s what I’ve heard. I didn’t notice any effect, however…

Crazy.

We should get several people to eat two heads of celery then measure BPEL that day and the next day and see if there’s a difference. Or we could track EQ to see if it actually works.
