Celery
So, after some browsing around on the interwebz, I found out that celery contains two types of androstenone and androstenol.
These two molecules apparently serve as pheromones making you getting noticed more in bars etc.
It is also rich in vitamin K, C and potassium.
Now this is all nice and even beneficial for the single men out here (including myself unfortunately), however the real information
about celery is really scarce. The only thing I found out is that bodybuilders often eat it and I’d like to know more about it.
So here’s the question to the vets: Does eating celery help PE in any way?
And sad I’d take it up as a healthy snack, how much should I take per day? Anyone got experience with it and noticed real effects/benefits?
