Changed to dry jelq with great results
It’s been awhile since I’ve posted but haven’t stopped experimenting. Wanted to ensure this last change was actually working for me before I posted.
I changed my routine to strictly dry jelqs and clamping (I was doing wet jelqs upwards of 40 minutes (~250) without a millimeter gain in three months, 5 days on 2 off). Just over two months into the new routine I have measured 1/4” MSEG and 1/2” FG - and these were AFTER my two day rest! It’s the first time in my life I can’t touch my fingers around my hard on. Length didn’t really change, still right at 7”, maybe a little more on a good day. Don’t mind though, my can’t take the 7” anyway.
I’m doing 10 minute infrared heat warm up, 5-10 minute stretches, 120-150 dry jelqs, depending on how I feel when I reach about 120 (did one to 200 but started getting lymphocele’s), two 10 minute clamps with 10 minute break in between, edging most of the time during, and a 15 minute or so warm down. Whole routine takes just under an hour. During the jelq section, I do 10-15 then need to fluff myself back up to 80-90%, any less and I don’t get the expansion - I test it by touching the head at the end of the jelq, if it’s rock I keep going, if it’s getting a bit soft I stop and fluff.
Question: I’m noticing a bit of a baseball bat effect when I’m about 40% hard, but it’s not as noticeable when fully erect. If I keep growing with the bat effect grow more into the fully erect? If anyone has any experience with this I would appreciate some guidance.

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.
