I have been doing the newbie routine for about 3-4 months now. I have seen some gains, but not obvious ones. I measure with 3 rulers, a plastic see-through, a usual wooden one, and a rubber bendy one, just to see the differences in length. so i usually have different lengths when i measure. I have a bit of a difficulty on measuring be cause I’m not sure on what part of my fat-pad to start on. I believe that once i drop the weight, I’ll be able to measure better. i have modified the routine.

my routine was

warm up
stretch for about 7-10 mins
jelq=200-215
stretch again, 7-10 mins
warm down

This has really worked for me, but I have had some difficulties with the routine in the past, because of laziness. I went through a period in the second month, where i stopped the routine and gave up. This lasted for about two weeks, then i noticed that i was smaller. I was loosing gains. so, i got started again and for the past month i have been fully committed to never never getting off track with the routine.Now i feel like i need something new. Does anyone know what i can do, or has any advice for me? I need a new routine that in corporates jelqing, stretching, and most importantly kegels. I want to put kegels into my routine. i always wanted to do them more, for the advantages in multi-orgasms.

Well I did stretches and squeezes and gained fast with this but my stretches were 10 secs of intense pulls. You could try those with a 1 on 1 off routine. You could use jelqs but I used squeezes either way there’s a girth exercise there. With intense stretches you will need the day off maybe even two depending on the intensity and you will see good results.

Sed26, using high force can give results in the short term, but on most PEers it makes future gains harder to achieve. Raising the intensity is alwyas the last resort.
