Does anybody have any experience in changing the shape of their penis head? In particular making the head point upwards. I read on some forums that one guy managed to do something similar with an extender by placing a piece of foam underneath the head. I’m curious has anyone had similar experience? Attached below is an example of what I’m referring to. Any ‘tips’ would be welcome!
