Hello everybody,

I ‘m 23 years old and down there I measure 5.9” in length (tip to pubic bone) and 4.3 in girth. Although it’s pretty average, I have always considered it small and when I found out about this site I must have felt like the luckiest man in the world (I bet many of you have felt the same way).

After doing much reading, in this site and in programs such as the “Penile Enlarge Program Version 7.0 - The Ultimate Guide to Personal Enhancement” I have came up with a beginner’s routine I ‘m willing to try, thus entering the world of penis enlargement:

Lubrication: J&J Baby Oil
Six days on, one day off per week

Week 1:

Hot Wrap

Length Xtender stretching

300 1 sec Jelqs/day

100 Kegels/day

Hot Wrap

Week 2:

Hot Wrap

Length Xtender stretching

10 minutes of Jelqing

200 kegels

Hot Wrap

Week 3 to 2nd month:

Hot Wrap

Length Xtender stretching

30 minutes of Jelqing

300 Kegels

After the second month, I feel that I will have got the hang (or hung :-) of it enough in order to plan ahead my routine.

What do you think? Should I change anything?

Also, I would like less messy alternatives for the hot wrap. Aladdin’s Bottle sounded fine. Have you guys tried anything else equally good for warm up?

Dude, it says 300 1 second jelqs…No…Just do the newbie routine of you are starting out. It has been backed up by all the vets.

By the way, I surely hope that with “vets” you mean “Veterans” and not “veterinarians” :-) .

Your goals are irrelevant to your starting routine.

The newbie routine is there for a reason, is the most well rounded routine specialized specifically for someone just starting PE.

By all means design your own routine, and do it, but you asked for advice, and I gave you the answer that any Veteran PE’er would give you.

Whether you choose to do the newbie routine or not is upto you, but its the best place for you to start.

Thats not just my opinion, thats a fact.
