Cialis And PT 141

Thought I would share my experience from last night.

Around 5pm I injected 2.5mg of PT 141 and at 6:30 took 20mg of Cialis. About 9:30 started getting a spontaneous erection. Took the little lady into the bedroom and in short time had the biggest hardest hard-on of my life. It felt like I had a cock of steel! It appears that the ingredients of PT 141 are the same as that of the FDA approved women’s version called Vyleesi, correct? I noticed as to the FDA approved version they suggest no more than 8 shots per month and each shot is 1.75 mg. What has been your experience and that of your wife as to the dosage amount and frequency? There was some discussion if you take more than 8 doses per month your body builds up a tolerance and it’s not as effective. Again, thanks for sharing.

What exactly is PT 141? Is it expensive?

In summary, a peptide you inject subcutaneously (not in your penis) and it increases libido and erection quality. If you search PT 141 on this forum you will learn much more.

Just recently started experimenting with PT-141. I like it. Does what they say it does. 2mg subQ about 4-6 hours before playtime and when used with tadalafil, which I take before, is even more stunning. TITRATE this guys. Don’t start off at say 2mg, instead try 0.5 mg, and make sure you are not allergic to it. Anyway, some nausea is the major side effect, but only about half will get that. Effects last 24-36 hours and yes you can and likely will have multiple hour-long sessions of a nice hard cock to play with. And lastly. The peer-reviewed published reports on this drug indicate that you are not to exceed 8 doses per month, so one every 4 days roughly, and the prescribed dose was determined to be 1.75mg (For women), however, for men who were healthy and normal weight, when given doses of 2mg and 4 mg found the results were reflected more positively by the dose, thus the higher the dose the better results. And also the great chance for nausea. What’s a guy gonna do?

I have used Trimix, and I once commented here that PT141 will produce a similar result. Problem is the time to effect (4-6 hours for me as well). But I agree that use with daily Cialis can be quite fun! I have only had a passing feeling of nausea myself, but I seldom have injected more than 1mg, but have sometimes then added a second 1mg an hour later to avoid more serious nausea. I don’t know if 2mg at once would be worse. One way to find out I suppose!
