circumcision = less sensitive = longer lasting???

I’m an 18 year old male, in the United States I’m seriously thinking about going in and getting circumsized.

for a few reasons…including, but not limited to.
it’s more of the norm here.
less cleaning and maintenance involved.
to go along with that…hopefully it won’t start smelling if i don’t take a shower & wash it every day.
women may prefer it…and won’t go running away if they see a flappy foreskin hanging there.
and finally….i’m hoping it will sort of desensitize the head/glands.

my penis is so sensitive right now…when i have an erection, even if i just touch it…or rub it (a little)…i feel the urge to ejaculate. some guys might say “hey…you’re really lucky to have that sort of feeling…makes sex and masturbation much better and more pleasurable.” but it’s no fun at all if you can’t satisfy the woman you’re with.

so will getting circumsized actually desensitize the head & make me last longer?

what other effects will it have?

would you recommend having it tightly done…or losely done?

i have pretty much full coverage insurance? will i still need to pay to have it done? if so…how much does it cost?

dude don’t do it. I have a large foreskin. You want hte head to be sensitive, just train yourself not to cum too early. DO this by edgeing. Jacking off to the piont of cuming, but don’t cum. Let it subside, then do it again. Don’t do it to please a woman for sure. It shouldn’t matter to them, because the dic is indide them anyway. It’s alot better to have it. When you jack off, circumsized guys have never felt the sensation of being able to jsut jack the head off with the skin over it. Its awsome.

If you do PE and grow then you will find the foreskin pulls back to cover the tunica when aroused, so you get best of both worlds then. It also should produce more friction then imo, edging is the best idea though.

yep…i’m gonna start edging all the time. (just found out about that a few days ago). doing kegels too, and definately doing some jelqing to gain some girth. (i’ve got a skinny 7.5” right now)

right now, when erect, my foreskin slides back and exposes the whole head.

yea it feels good sliding it back and fourth & having the skin there…but like i mentioned….half of having sex is pleasing your partner. and when you’re so sensitive that you ejaculate in very little time….and have the skin there just sliding back and fourth (and not giving her any sensation)….then you’re not doing half of what you’re supposed to do.

First of all, you have to condition your penis to what you are doing to it. At 18 I would expect you to go off like a short fused firecracker, its an age thing. However, by teaching your penis the difference between masturbation and exercises you will or should find that you last longer during times of sexual contact. The desensitizing of your penis will come, honest. Do a search on sensitivity and read up on others techniques for reducing that sensitivity.

I’m “cut” (was done when I was a baby)… I think I had the most terrible case of premature ejaculation of anyone on the board.. I would think that being uncut would help delay ejaculation if anything because of the extra skin around the head area of the penis.. I know I could blow previous to even getting it in all the way so I would hold off on getting cut based on that.. I sort of wish I was uncut to tell you the truth.

I got a question about that though. did the desensitization (is that even a word? lol) wear off after a while….did you need to revisit your accupuncturist to regain your stamina ever. (i noticed your post was from a year ago) Or were the effects permanent?

Thanks for your opinion corona. This place didn’t just magically appear one day, a lot of really decent people put a lot of effort into making it what it is. I am sure that you want to show them your respect and appreciation by attempting to put in the same effort that those before you did.

I’m uncircumsized. When I first started to pull back my foreskin to expose the full head of my penis it felt really sensitive at first. About 4 months later of massaging the head and around it, it wasn’t uncomfortable anymore when contact was made with the head of my penis. I’m glad that I’ve done this because it feels a lot more pleasureable now that the whole head is exposed. Pretty soon I’m just going to get circumsized because there’s no point of having that skin there anymore.

Alright…so you basically massaged & stimulted the head without ejaculating, on a regular basis?

There are a lot of nice nerves in the foreskin and frenulum, that you might miss when they are gone. Also, keep in mind that nature made the penis the way it is for a reason. Personally I’m trying to restore my foreskin because I believe a dried out glans doesn’t feel as good as a slightly, well, mucousy one, regardless of cleaning.

evsta: I’m kind of shocked to see you say there’s no point in having that skin there anymore. One thing I do know, the glans (penis head) is a mucous membrane, it’s not meant to be constantly exposed to the elements. So when during non arousal it retracts into the foreskin. Oh yeah, plus all those nerves. I also remember reading a survey that said women preferred the ‘motion’ of a uncircumsized guy, due to the slightly different thrusting. Anyway, be careful what you cut away, it’s gone forever!

There are plenty of non-surgical ways to ‘cure’ your premature ejaculation problem, although I probably wouldn’t call it that. There are a lot of factors at play here - physical, emotional, nervous conditioning, experience, intent.

Do searches on kegel exercises, this can help, as can edging as stated.

Oh, if you eventually do get cut, go for a loose one! try and keep your frenulum! Wish I had mine!

I would never recommend getting cut to anyone, since there are so many people trying to restore their foreskins to get their sensitivity back.

Also, and maybe RWG can give some info, I think having the extra sensations allows you to better feel when you’re approaching the point of no return, and to back off. So being more sensitive helps I think! It is like that with most skills that you learn as an adult, I feel.
