pocopeepee: So the main thing to look at now is your routine. Is it so sporadic that it’s not even proper to call it a “routine”? If that’s the case, then there’s your problem right there. I really feel that the difference between people who consistently gain and those who don’t is A.) CONSISTENCY and B.) a constant focus on making that CONSISTENT workout as good as it can possibly be. Don’t just heat your dick half assed, warm that pecker up right to the root….feeeeeeeeellll the stretch….ADS……change it up…..keep your dick guessing……The more I look at the personalities of the big gainers, certain things become apparent. They’re either the silent, plodding, methodical, “I won’t stop for anything” types or they’re outright PE junkies- compulsive personalities, competitive, type A, manic- OR they just hang in there CONSISTENTLY for long enough to get results. Notice the only common thread between them? Consistency.
That said, what’s your workout?
I’ll bet you a cable clamp that you don’t warmup before, DURING, and after your workouts…..not fronting on you, just a guess….
