I usually do a clamp routine two or three times a week in conjunction with my other PE training (hand stretches, weight hanging and pumping).
I typically do my clamping on days that I work on erection quality. I will achieve an erection of 75% or more and do three five minute clamp sessions using two clamps and two Girth Bands (one under each clamp). In between the clamp sessions I will jelq and do hand stretches for 2-3 minutes before starting my next set. If I feel up to it I will do a 15-20 minute pump session right after the clamp work. This is where I max out my full erect size while keeping edema to a minimum.
Always wrap and use some sections of silicon sleeves or Girth bands after the session to prevent retraction and keep your penis in it’s max flaccid condition while recovering… do this for 2-3 hours and then transition to a single girth band at base for the remainder of the day.
The first clamp at base. Ratchet up the desired amount of tension, which should cause good expansion. Then install the second clamp and do like wise. While clamped you can and should include Kegels. This helps strengthen pelvic floor muscle which gives you the ability to control erection quality while having sex.
The purpose of the double clamp helps generate girth growth throughout the entire length of your penis and promotes increased vascular development.
