Clamping vs. jelqing

Hi all,

After reading a few different threads, I’m confused at to which is best when it comes to focussing on girth. I’m happy with my BPEL (although perhaps would like to increase my BPFL), but in general am looking to increase my EG which is sitting at 4.6". Do you think I’d be best off with clamping or jelqing, or a mixture of both?

Also as a side question, do people feel it’s enough to do PE every other day as opposed to 5 days so as to give the penis more rest, or do we need to be more consistent to see gains?

Not an exact answer to your question but I started water pumping 2 weeks ago and am already seeing results. I’m having raging erections at night, an entire day after pumping, that are .25 thicker than 2 weeks ago. These are temporary gains at the moment but will become permanent at some time. Imagine increasing that much that quickly. And, water pumping feels good.

I’ve also increased my girth by .25 jelqing over the last year. Never done any clamping.

In my opinion both are necessary always performed with due care.
I do 5 consecutive days of PE and 2 days of rest if there are no impediments, greetings :up:

jelqing is the best exercise in PE


Start : 14,5BPEL x 10MSEG

Now : 16BPEL x 10MSEG

Goal: 20 BPEL x 13MSEG

It’s going to be different for each individual. For me, the newbie routine of stretching and jelqing did not produce any gains in four months. Clamping increased my girth significantly in a matter of weeks.


Starting measurements: 7 1/8" BPEL 5 1/8" EG

I’ve had success with erect length jelqing but never cemented the gains. I feel like if you achieve gains with this method, there is some upkeep. I probably achieved some girth gains too, but they were negligible (a.k.a. not worth measuring).

Clamping from my understanding is a bit more advanced is best left for seasoned PE vets. Maybe work on jelqing and other PE methods first, then work your way up to clamping down the road.

You are right, it is better to start with ulis and then after 6 or 9 months of experience start with 5 minutes of clamp and when you are already advanced 10 minutes and 2 sets

Any technique that will increase intrapenile pressures has the potential to increase girth overtime. The best results will come from a combination of both.

You need days off for adequate recovery. I would suggest slowly building up the intensity of the intrapenile pressures overtime. This would most likely be starting off with things like Uli’s, moderate intensity Jelq, progressing to incomplete clamping and using your hand as a supplemental restrictive force.

It is a matter or not only stretching but purposely inducing a degree of venous insufficiency and temporary tissue permeability.
