Clamping vs. jelqing
Hi all,
After reading a few different threads, I’m confused at to which is best when it comes to focussing on girth. I’m happy with my BPEL (although perhaps would like to increase my BPFL), but in general am looking to increase my EG which is sitting at 4.6". Do you think I’d be best off with clamping or jelqing, or a mixture of both?
Also as a side question, do people feel it’s enough to do PE every other day as opposed to 5 days so as to give the penis more rest, or do we need to be more consistent to see gains?
