I am absolutely shocked at the kind of response my penis is having to clamping. I’ve been PE’ing for about 5 years on and off starting at 6.5” BP x 4.5” or so midshaft girth. I’ve now worked all the way up to around 7.75” BP and 5.5-5.75” EG or even 6”+ EG while clamping. I do 5 minutes of wet jelqing to get my penis warmed up after a hot wrap with a heating pad, then put a single clamp on and do squeezes with the clamp tightened as many clamps as as possible at the base. My unit gets pumped as hell and rockhard and then I do some edging and call it a day. I also apply the heating pad throughout the entire process. :)

WBH, are you saying that these gains have been achieved recently in your 5 year odyssey, or did it take 5 years of these workouts?

In my opinion, clamping is just one of the many PE practices that one can do safely by doing his home work first and then using some common sense. By the way you talk it seems that horse squeezes are safe and clamping is dangerous.

I would say they are both dangerous when done wrongly and both safe when done properly.

I make this point just to make sure some one does not gets an injury thinking that horses are risk free.

I agree. As long as you condition yourself first I think most exercises are safe. In my experience, it’s not hard to tell when you’re crossing that line.

Be careful not to overdo it. In my experience, short term gains can be made from intense exercises but the penis will adapt quickly and gains become very hard to come by.

Plus if you beat the shit out of your penis on a consistent basis, your erection strength will suffer.

But it’s no coincedence most bad injuries happen from clamping.

I think you’ll find most injuries occur due to people overdoing it, regardless of PE method.

I injured myself when 1st trying to use 2 clamps at once. I should of went along with a single clamp for a longer period of time to condition myself up to it.

If you follow the fundamental rule, clamping is safe and easy: the rule is 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off. Of course if you fall asleep with a clamp on, your dick might even fall down, but if you don’t it might just grow…

To get hurt with a squeeze it just needs to be too strong but you never know what’s too strong the first time. Is also true that if you know the limit between soreness and pain your dick may just swollen and not blow out…

Both methods are very effective to induce either growth or injury, I think the clamping risk is easier to control.


Perseverance wins

I only do squeezes while clamped. I will sometimes grab the head with the thumb and forefinger facing my body and squeeze the blood out of the head into the shaft. With the other hand I make another OK, back to back, with the hand that is clamped on the head. I do a combo squeeze and jelq towards the base and finish it with a bend to maximize the engorgement at the base. To my surprise, the tooth holding the clamp shut pops and goes flying. So I guess that the penis can handle the strain, cause the clamp is broken but my penis is fine. I have been doing this for years, and I would caution anyone new to clamping to not try this. I can see that one could easily pop a vien doing this.

What was your injury, was this your first EVER time clamping?

If so, not smart.
