Finally received my package, the tracking stopped when they had managed to move it from Portland Oregon to Los Angeles California despite the fact that there’s still a long way to Europe from there :D so I was quite surprised as I wasn’t expecting it.

This time I will learn from my mistakes and get used to the presence of a bowl with hot water in it and practice mixing it for 1 minute and keeping a boner at the same time. When I have successfully completed this exercise and my mind has gotten the idea that the bowl is not a threat and boner can be kept even while mixing, only then will I actually try it, if it still fails due to anxiety at least I will have a few tries with the real mold.

Might try to just use it with my pump, probably won’t ruin it as the mold comes off really easily out of any hard surface when it dries a bit. And if it does get ruined then hell at least I have a good mold to go with.

Getting hard is not really the problem, the problem is as soon as that clock starts ticking your penis will run for it’s life no matter what. I even got my Fleshlight out to keep my going but it just doesn’t work. I have the feeling that if I gave it those 2 more tries I would get like an 80% boner in there but that’s not really what I want. I want it in it’s full glory just like it’s every time I use it myself. I think I’m going to try and poke a small hole at the end of the plastic tube and somehow try to incorporate a pump in it, because with a pump there is no escape for the penis, could even go in completely flaccid and just pump it up.

I tried to do this again once more with the normal method, this time with lube. I had a perfect boner that I could’ve held for another 2 hours but as soon as the mixing commenced the good old dick did the dick move, I tried to rapidly increase stimulation but shortly found my self in the situation that would normally take hours, do or die, ejaculate or lose the erection, so basically I shot a load since it for me it temporarily increases the erection level until it goes away. I jammed my dick in the tune and measured the insert a few minutes after, none the better than first time, scrap it.

Next attempt included the pump which in theory would’ve been perfect, the only problem is it didn’t pump the sludge. I pressed it against my body as hard as I could but it only came out at the base almost dislocating flesh from around my dick, utter failure.

After cleaning the valve from the crap from the last attempt I just decides to pump normally, and while in the pump, do the mixing, no chance of shrinkage during the mix this time, as soon as the minute was up I pulled myself from the pump and inserted the penis in the tube, I wasn’t fully hard as you shouldn’t when exiting the pump but it seemed better than the alternatives as I was deperately running out of the bags of molding material. Under 6 inches again, sigh.Then the idea came to me, I could extend the mold with a tube shaped extension made from the instructions sheet. I wouldn’t have the texture but at least the size would be what I was going for all along, a realistic reference point with accurate measurements.

Now I’m waiting for the silicone to cure and I’ll post a comparison with the first clone (which for some reason turned out much girthier than I really am at the moment, it’s circumference was 14.5 cm or 5,7 inches and my theory on that is that my custom cock ring type setup versus the penis trying to escape resulted in an unintentional ballooning moment, and that’s not a good reference point since it’s not my normal size [yet :D ]).

So the comparison is coming after some time and maybe, if I dare I’ll even put the real thing in there for a proper 3 way shot (on another forum section of course, but maybe, no promises).

You are certainly having a good shot at it old mate.

Wow the results are even more poor than the first time, this product does not work as a size comparison tool at all. If you want to make a nice copy of your flaccid or semi it might be the thing you’re looking for, but not your max size. The only way it might ever work would be with a pump but I don’t know if there are any out there that work with the molding sludge.

In short, if you want something to physically compare to, just 3D print a generic penis with your measurements or get a dildo of the same size.
I wasted my money on these tests so that you don’t have to waste yours.

(It ended up looking like a flaccid with a thicker version of a toiler paper roll sewed to it’s base).

It was spent in the name of scientific dildo research. Hardly a waste.

Well sure the research was worth it but not the end result.

Did you check out the link that Great Divide posted? It had a go-by for integrating a pump into your casting process. It’s pretty crafty.

Woah it’s been long since this indicent, too bad I can’t find the pump mod anywhere these days, does anyone have it?

Yes, I’m extremely interested in a “home-grown” method of casting. Not Clone-a-Willy (that was a big, expensive disaster for me). It would have to use only moderately expensive materials, because I think this thing doesn’t always happen the first time.

Has anyone done research into casting options? Have people been doing it?
