What are peoples advice about wearing cock rings as I can retain an erection for a longer time it makes my penis veins stand out? I am wondering if it is detrimental to PE and my penis erectile health?

Sorry for not being clearer. I was asking if they were ok to use at all; as do they help or hinder progress with PE.
I understand the benefits of them and have used them in the past with sex and masturbation. I wasn’t thinking of using them during PE as this would make your erection too hard for jelqing.

I don’t believe they hinder PE I use one for sex (most times) after a routine and during edging, and I haven’t had bad results just don’t leave it on too long after a routine. That is if you went that route.

I’ve been using cock rings for years, and attribute my size to it. Even during time away from a regular PE routine, I was still making slow and steady gains to my girth just from masturbating with a cock ring. Jelqing with a ring is difficult, because fluffing up past the sweet spot is really easy to do, so I’d jelq first, but wearing a ring after jelqing does seem to solidify those gains.
