Cold Stretching Throughout the day

I read about someone’s cold stretching that I’ve altered a little. Whenever I’m at work (3-4 days/wk) and I use the bathroom, I put 2 fingers under the base of my shaft, and grip low to touch my fingers, and bend it over (to stretch the top) for 15 sec. I then add 3 fingers, stretch, and sometimes 4 fingers to stretch/flatten the entire shaft. I also do this to the left and the right. I don’t stretch up as I can never get a good grip. I feel (and look) a little thicker, but don’t want to measure until next week. Is there any other cold stretch that I could possibly fit into a pee break (length or girth)? I’m assuming if I add a quick length exercise, it won’t affect the girth exercises I just did? I’m doing this 3-6 times per day while at work, then I heal on my off days (with the wife around).

This sounds similar to an Orange bend. It’s basically what you described with about a 10% erection. I noticed some fast girth gains from it, but with my newbie routine it was too much and caused some negative PIs. You could try doing the regular directional stretching, but it’s usually advised you warm up your penis with a rice sock, or hot wash cloth, beforehand. That might be hard to do in the bathroom at work.

Funny, I do the exact same thing in conjunction with my hanging routine. I grab just behind the glans with one hand lock my arm straight down and stretch. I use my other hand to support the underside of my penis, starting with four fingers, then three, two, one and then nothing, then work my way back up. I hold these as long as I can, about a minute each.

Another stretch you may consider is to grab behind the glans as usual, pull straight out and rest your hand on the toilet seat. Then with your other hand press down on your shaft with the area between your thumb and forefinger, moving up or down the shaft just like you did with the previous exercise.

My favorite stretch is around my wrist to each side. Not only are you able to fulcrum around the wrist but you can use your forearm as a lever pulling your penis away from your body. I can hold these for a long time, often feeling fatigue while performing them.
