Conditional erections

Conditional erections

So, to start off, I had a severe bout of anorexia as a teen a little after I’ve done plenty of growing, but it tanked my testosterone levels down until I recovered to what I was told were normal levels. I was able to have erections and my libido rose back up to hormonal teenager levels after I’ve recovered, but I’ve had quite the porn addiction. I would, maybe if I could swing it, masturbate 2-3 times every day. I have noticed that, over the years, my erection quality has dipped as I found nothing really stimulated me anymore to those super rock-hard erections. I’ve contemplated the past few days if it was just venous leakage or perhaps low T. I’m going to get a test for Testosterone soon. Now, the venous leakage is what really sits on my mind as I’m trying to rack my brain for what I could have done to maybe cause it. It’s not confirmed that I have it, but I always get too caught up in my thoughts that I start to believe maybe I have a variety of things wrong with me.

Trying to get an erection without physical stimulation is near impossible and even watching videos doesn’t do it for me unless I touch myself a little to get it maybe semi-hard. However, I’ve started talking to this woman recently and have noticed anytime we engaged in sexual dialogue that I would get a hard-on rather quickly without the need to touch myself and can exacerbate the erection quality sort of when speaking to her. I don’t know if it’s at a 100% erect, but our conversations would spark evening wood and sometimes morning wood so it confuses me even more what could be causing this sort of ED. I’m 19 by the way, for reference. It’s worrying for me since I can only do manual stretches reliably and I get semi-erect doing that, but jelqing is out of the question unless I speak to her. I have also noticed an increase in BPFSL as of late.

What do you guys think? Is it, possibly, venous leakage or just low Testosterone? I’ve tried staying away from watching porn, but I’m unsure if that’s helping any. I just find it bizarre that with her it springs up to attention like that.

Sounds psychological to me. Do you still watch porn, and if so, how much?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I’ve weaned myself off it, so I haven’t really touched visual porn for a while (2-3 weeks now?) save for some erotic literature here and there and the sexual conversations I’ve had with the woman I’ve been talking to. I just feel like my erections could be considerably stronger, but I feel with my years of binge-watching porn that what has aroused me before is not nearly as exciting as what it once was. Is it some form of desensitization? And I always thought that if I had porn-induced ED that real-life sexual encounters wouldn’t be exciting but they clearly are. The main worry that sits in my mind is a venous leakage because there are ways of fixing Testosterone and whatever else that may be endocrinological, but something that is physical is considerably more difficult and dangerous I feel.

Just keep off porn, stay away from it and each week will be better than the week before. I had ED problems that I couldn’t identify the cause of and it was, of course, porn. My erections get fully hard so much faster now and they stay harder for longer and I just feel like my cock is more alive than it has been in years.

If real life encounters are exciting then your brain and body are working together fine. It sounds like you can get hard and that blood flows into your penis from just talking to a woman. Personally, I think 99% of all the ED problems I read about on several online forums (Thunder’s Place included!) are not from testosterone levels or masturbation techniques or venous leakage, its from pornography use. There might be real health issues involved, like obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, anxiety, low T, etc.. But I want to know what porn use is like for all the guys who say they have ED and list every reason in the book except for porn. I wondered about my T levels and venous leakage too earlier this year, and after I quit porn for about 10 days I forgot all about possible health and physical issues :)

Okay! I will really try to go cold turkey then on anything remotely close to porn. I just wonder if it is okay for me to continue my manual stretching or do I have to stop that as well?

Just an update: some of my morning wood is starting to come back harder, stronger, and longer. I’m still going to keep track of it just to ensure there isn’t anything wrong physically.
