Condom as Cock Ring?

Has anyone cut a condom and used the base as a cock ring?

I saw someone mention they were going to do it on a old post from 15 years ago, I just wanted to know if anyone has done this before and is it safe

Unless you’re huge, I can’t imagine it doing much. You can always try, but that would almost seem to small and thin to get the restriction you need. Why not just order one online? Many pharmacies have vibrating rings in them now (not the best, but they can work), so pick one up when you’re getting condoms!

I would just cut the top off a little bit, then roll it down and use the whole thing as a ring. Using only the bottom ring isn’t strong enough.
