Condom problem

Hi.I have one problem.I can retract foreskin fully while erect but when I try to put on a condom it gets stuck when it get past the glans (between glans and foreskin).then I need to use 2 hands to unroll it (actually to pull it like a sock) which is really distracting and it kills my erection and also I know it’s not the right way to put on a condom.. Anyone have idea what could I do? Maybe to try some particular condoms? My girth is 13.5cm (5.3 inches).that’s not much above average so I don’t think that is the problem.but maybe it is.
