Condom sizes for newbs

First thing you should understand is that condom size should be determined by your girth.

Anybody below 5” in girth would be fine with a regular sized condom.

Magnum XL -> at or about 6 inches and up.

This is measured from midshaft. Also it could vary, you might need XL’s at 5.5 if you are more comfortable with that size, or regular magnums are interfering with sexual activity. but if you don’t want a busted condom you should definately move up when you are at or about the areas above in girth.

When I didn’t know the average girth I thought I had a pencil dick and even with a normal condom I felt it loose.

I, too, started with exactly 5.0 inches midshaft girth. Until I came here, I thought I had the world’s thinnest pencil dick when in actuality, 5.0 is a little ABOVE AVERAGE.

I have some thing else that i want to share . I was using a regular condom ,and when I came, I stayed in a little longer ,just laying on top. Maybe three minutes. When I got off of her the condom stayed in there hanging half way out. Man, I felt crushed,and was embarassed .Point of story dont stay in any longer than needed.

Once you’ve cum you should take your dick straight out, as due to the semi-permeable nature of the condom, the high concentration of sperm in the teat will begin to defuse through to the vagina………this begins after a few seconds. The one truly bad thing about condoms.

SlamInTheLamb, can you provide a source for that information? Seems to me if it were true condom manufacturers would be out of business. I’ve done a quick search of the ‘net and found that condoms are semipermeable when it comes to allowing molecules of cocaine to escape when drug traffickers try to hide it in body cavities in condoms. However, condoms are recommended for safer sex practices and specifically to prevent HIV transmission. HIV is a virus and smaller than sperm cells, so one could conclude that sperm wouldn’t be able to pass through if a virus can’t. As far as I know, latex does not disintegrate or become more permeable when wet or heated to body temperature so having to remove it immediately doesn’t seem necessary.

I can’t remember where the stats are but I knwo that my starting girth was 4.25 erect. The best “snug” condoms for this are Kimono’s. They look like regular condoms and have the common sense (hint hint Trojan / Durex) not to put the words “snug / tight fit” for your girl to read. Just a tip for all the starters.
