Hello everyone. I want to start off by saying thank you for creating such a great forum. There are quite a number of numerous posts, and I already have respect for so many of you. Seems like a great forum.

I always thought myself to be quite small. I am quite the grower, and my flaccid penis seems to be the main problem. I have yet to measure my length officially, as in with a wooden ruler, but have used a tape measure and tried to get it down there. I measured myself for the first time today and was oddly surprised. My girth is about 6.5” and my length is just a tad under that, but I do think I need to remeasure. Could I have done something wrong with measuring my girth? I really don’t feel that it is above average at all, and I have it in my head that I have a small penis. Is this normal? I remeasured several times, but could very well be doing something wrong with my girth measurement. I just tried to measure where it looked to be the thickest.

6.5 ” in girth, you really don’t need my help :-) but maybe you get the feeling that it’s small because the girth is so big compared to you length. Not that 6.5” in length is small but you get the point.

One way to get members here to help you to get accurate measurements is perhaps to take a picture while measuring so that we can see what you see.

Are you asking if your size is normal or if you are normal for having in your head that you have a small penis? I guess that is a yes to both alternatives - except that you are above average in size.

Use a cloth tape measure or a piece of string. My wrist isn’t even 6.5 inches around.

Dickalicious, I think I agree with you. I do need to lose some weight, and before I never measured to the bone. I never realized how much the fat pad can take off, it is amazing. I also think I get the feeling that it is small because my flaccid length and girth feels so small. Then again, I only am referencing to the movies ;) I have seen, so that probably doesn’t help much, but I do need to work on those. I am slightly excited because for awhile I have felt that I have had a small penis. With some PE and more physical exercise (I only weight train but should start cardiovascular work) I think that hopefully soon I won’t feel that anymore.

Mgus, thanks for the welcome! I have read people say that their girth is so big that women have trouble getting their hands around. That can’t be the case for me.

Here is an example of why I still think I incorrectly measured: my wrist girth is just slightly bigger but my penis girth does not feel as big as my wrist. That would be quite the package! I know these are probably dumb questions/comments, but I have a ways before mentally accepting I am above average in anything down there :P. Could this be because the penis is circular and the wrist is not. I definitely do need to take pictures and have someone else tell me before I actually believe it lol.

NonStock2001, how weird that I just used my wrist as an example as well! I can touch my middle finger on both.

Mystery solved. Very depressing. 5.5” girth. I knew it wasn’t all in my head, I have a lot of work to do. It seems that I saw the 6.5, but didn’t count for part of the tape that wasn’t being measured I guess. I don’t know how I messed it up. Oh well. :(

A follow up question, would it be bad if I did the beginner’s routine, but also did some stuff to work on my flaccid length and girth specifically? Like some extra stuff? If not, could anyone suggest some that would work without interfering with the beginner’s routine?

Well, there is ample reason to believe that “less, but not too little, is more” in PE. Going overboard might just be contraproductive, and the newbie routine is pretty well accepted as a good start. And don’t deviate until you (a) after three months, realize you aren’t gaining anything, or (b) notice that you aren’t gaining anything anymore, and haven’t for some time.

Flaccid length gains for me came with wrapping (see “Wrapping for passive PE”) and with the use of a ADS. Girth should come gradually with the newbie routine.
