Cool (cold Glans) During Wrapping Or Using Extender

Is it normal if your glans get cool/cold while using an extender or wrapping in an ace bandage for all day stretch? My head doesn’t get blue or purple or swollen but maintains it’s reddish pinkish color. But the coolness made me question if I’m doing something wrong. I’m not wrapping it too tight with an ace bandage.

Whenever I get this I let it rest. It isn’t ok. Cold means lack of blood flow and it’s harmful. Wait till gets back to normal I’d say.

Coolness precedes a nerve injury - the wrap is likely too tight.

So when you guys wrap your penis or use an extender, your glans stay warm the entire time?

Every 30 minutes, took off the extender and do a little massage about 1-2 minutes for blood circulation and put it back.
