Cracking the Pubic Bone

Hi, I have noticed that when fully erect, (every once in a while) I can pull down on my penis and I hear and feel a popping sound, almost like I am pulling my finger out and my knuckle is popping. Is this normal? Thanks!

Yes, it’s called a lig pop. Lots of people have them.

Makes me think, why not just slam the pubic bone back with a sledgehammer? Instant inches!!!

One more question, in measuring, is it best to press the ruler against my pubic bone or to just hold it against the skin, right now I am holding against skin.

I hope so, the same thing happens to me. The feeling is the same as cracking my knuckles.

Sort of redirect question. Is it bad if you don't hear that sound, because I never have. I can’t image it is bad if you don’t hear it, but I just figured I’d ask.

I have never heard of getting erect lig pops as ex-member Chesteta described, but I have experienced lig pops during aggressive downward stretching.

No one seems to really know exactly what causes them, but the general consensus is they are neither helpful nor harmful. When I experience them, they are a bit disconcerting, because of the odd feeling, so don’t feel bad that you have not yet felt one.

Is the penis slightly longer after a lig pop?

If we are taking a survey…. I have never had any poping in my penis. Even when I was a young man.

Of course now that I am an old dude every other joint in my body pops when I move.:D So I would recognize the sound if it did occur.
