I was measuring erect and noticed that there is a 1.25” difference between the bone pressed and the non bone pressed.

my org. measurements are:
4.75” non bone pressed
6” bone pressed.

what is the differences for you guys that don’t have much fat on your bodies. I’m currently shredding right now and mill be ripped by summer so I was just curious what the difference will be when I’m thinner. maybe .25” difference??

I haven’t found many reports under about 0.5” difference between BP and NBP measurements, but your mileage may differ. Still, it’s a big improvement over 1.5” - just think of the extra you’ll be showing! Good luck.

so from just what you said lil12big1, i could get an additional .75” with just the fatloss alone.. so with the fatloss and the PE I could possibly get 1.50” by summer.

4.75” org measurement nBP
.75” due to fatloss
.75” due to PE

6.25” non bone pressed.. maybe more depending on PE… sweet.

maybe I can reach my nbp short term goal of 7” by sept.

It appears that for every 40lbs you lose, your suprapubic fat pad decreases by about 1” - this is only ball park - individual results may differ depending on your distribution of fat. Certainly is good incentive for losing it! Good luck with your gains (and losses)!

Just general weight loss, or does on have to perform certain targetted exercises to reduce fat in that area?

no, there is no such thing as spot reduction. you have to loose the fat through diet and cardio (and weightlifting).
