Critique My Routine!!
So I did a bit more than 6 months of a manual routine and could never really get myself to do a full set since I have some hand issues. I am restoring my foreskin and I find that it is easy to wear my foreskin hanging device and have done that consistently for about 1 year now with good results.
Learning what works for me I am switching to devices for PE. I was going to jump right into hanging with a vac hanger but found that my girth is not yet big enough to form a seal in the hanging device so I thought I would start with some vac pumping for length and girth after speaking to Titleist for some time about his success with pumping.
Here is my plan for the next 6 months as far as pumping goes.
Week 1: One 10 minute session per day
Week 2: One 10 minute session per day
Week 3: Two 10 minute sessions per day
Week 4: Two 10 minute sessions per day
Week 5: Three 10 minutes session per day
Week 6: Three 10 minute sessions per day
Week 7 and on: Four 10 minute sessions per day
Girth is not my main goal so this is why I only plan on pumping for 6 months. After 6 months of pumping, I will switch to vacuum hanging starting at 5 lbs and follow the hanging 101 routines adding one pound per week. I am planning on using my bib when I get blisters from the vac hanger.
