Cut vs. Uncut

Just wondering if/how it effects gains if at all?

Manual exercises? No.

Pumping? No.

Hanging? Makes it more difficult to hang, but still, No.

ADS? Sometimes causes problems, but still, No.

Remember to full back the foreskin while stretching if you’re uncircumcised. I hadn’t being doing this for ages until I realised it was necessary.

I’m uncut, but haven’t been pulling back my foreskin.

Can somone explain why (if at all) it is necessary to do so?

I am cut. I just thought I would post this as I see a lot of posts regarding people that are uncut as different techniques so I just thought I would see if there is a different in gains. Thanks for the replies guys

If you dont pull it back, the skin takes the majority of the pull.

If you DO pull it back, the Ligs take most of the pull.

I tried pulling back my foreskin, but everytime I manual stretch, it seems to roll itself back in place. Furthermore, it seems a bit more difficult to grip and not to mention the tenderness of the area beneath the head (kinda like the fangs). Any suggestions?
