I’m thinking about getting a custom 8 inch pump with a girth a little bit too big for me ( I am 7.25 BPEL and 5 beg)
I am only interested in girth gains, if anyone has any other ideas, other than clamping ( I usually clamp when I have one that isn’t broken :/) also if anyone wants to give any tips on ANYTHING girth related.. Ill be happy to read please help.

No need to buy a custom 8" cylinder. Just buy a 9"X1.75" standard cylinder and it will be perfect. Do you already have a pump? If not I would recommend a LeLuv package deal on Amazon like this, just select the 1.75 diameter cylinder:
