Selecting Your Cylinder Size
Selecting the proper cylinder size is important for making your pumping sessions both comfortable and rewarding. Your cylinder should be large enough to allow for significant expansion, but not so large as to make it easy for your testicles to be drawn into the cylinder by the vacuum.
When selecting length, choose a cylinder that is between 1 and 2 inches longer then your bone pressed erect length.
For selecting diameter, use the table below using your erect girth near the base. Usually the largest erect girth measurement is near the base but if your largest girth is midshaft or your glans girth, use the larger measurement to pick your cylinder diameter.
Base Girth | Cylinder Diameter |
3.50 to 4.50* | 1.50 |
4.75 to 5.25* | 1.75 |
5.50 to 6.00* | 2.00 |
6.25 to 6.75* | 2.25 |
7.00 to 7.50* | 2.50 |
7.75 to 8.25* | 2.75 |
* If you are at the upper limit and are going for length, select the cylinder diameter straight across in the table. If you are at the upper limit and are going for girth, select the next cylinder size up. Example: Your base girth measures 5.25. If your goal is length, select the 1.75 cylinder. If your goal is girth, select the 2.0 cylinder.
