Selecting Your Cylinder Size

Gprent,

I’m pretty satisfy with my 5.3” girth and really don’t want to be more than 5.5” girth. What cylinder size should I select, 1.75” or 2.00 ” if my goal is length (8”+)?

Thanks!!

Select the 1.75”.

What would you recommend,

Just thinking about starting staging, I am starting to pack at the base almost half way up regularly. I am assuming that you want to slowly move over to the next size tube. Currently I am in a 1 3/4 tube and have a 2” that I have played around with some.

Should I just split the workout in two at 15 minutes each or do 2- 10s with the small and 1 with the big tube??

Ahhhh, very confusing this trying to get a big dick. Why could I have not been born with one.

I also jelq for 20 minutes either before or after pumping. Do you think that is too long to jelq. I have not noticed much growth but have only been serious about a month and can not do it regularly. Only get about 3 time a week in right now.

You really don’t have to stage up to the next size tube until your shaft completely packs the 1.75. No rush, you will get there.

Gprent,

Thanx for your reply.

Is there an advantage to one long session vs. Two or three short sessions?

I keep hearing about minutes but not much on sets with some massage or jelquing in between or ?

You can work up to three 15 minute sets with 5 minutes of light jelqing in between sets.

I too am interested in starting to pump to aid in my gains. I am a hair under 7” BPEL, by 5.6” base girth. What would be the ideal size pump to start with? I want both length and girth. (I am thinking 10”X2”! But not sure!)

Also, would you recommend getting a setup with gages? and what is one of the better brands?

Thanks for any and all help!!!!!!

2007-01-27 5.3" BPEL 4.8" EG, Less than 3" Flaccid, and sometimes less than 2"

As of 12-07-2008 7.75" BPEL 7.1" NBPEL 5.7"MSEG 6"+ BSEG. Ultimate goal 8+ inches NBPEL, 8.5" BPEL 6.3" EG (2" diameter just sounds so cool!)

Flaccid 5+ inches on a good day. 4 1/2+ pretty much anytime. My gains have slowed to a snails pace, but I will not quit!!!!!!!

bigluke,

Your cylinder can be a 9"X2" and you should definitely buy a pump with a gauge. I like the lapdist deluxe package: All Products | LA Pump

I am using a 2” cylinder and I have only been able to pack the inch or inch and a half near the base, I am wondering if I should maybe use a 1.75” cylinder instead. I’m really interested in gaining length and girth equally. My midshaft girth is about 5.2” and about 5.6” at the base. Anyone have any advice? Do you really have to pack the tube to make gains?

No, you do not have to pack the tube to make gains. Your 2” cylinder is the correct size for you. Just be patient and persistent.

Thanks gprent!
I went on what you had stated in an earlier post, and went with the 2" by 10". (I am at about 7.1" BPEL, and in that post you stated to go with a cylinder about 3" longer, so I thought the 10" would fit the bill. Besides, I hope to be 8+ someday, and a 9" may not workfor long term.) I also went with the labdist setup and bought an extra pump from harbor frieght. Later, I plan on adding an 2 1/4" by 10" cylinder.

Thanks gprent, I appreciate the advice. I have hit a plateau for quite some time and I already feel like pumping is pulling (literally) me out of it. I wonder too if my modification of the tube is going to change the results. I use a gravel vacuum cylinder, I put the cylinder in boiling water as suggested in DIY: Make your own flared gravel vacuum cylinder!

I am happy with the results, before this I couldn’t even wear the tube for more than 1-2 minutes. Now it is extremely comfortable.

But I got a bit of inward flare at the last 1/4 inch or so. At the very end the tube is probably only 1.75" or so. I wonder if since my base girth is larger than this If it is preventing my whole shaft from entering the tube, or if maybe it is causing a bit of clamping effect on the base. I’m not sure whether I should hack the end of the tube off and try for an even taper or not. Any advice?

zesty,

I think it would probably be better if the base of the cylinder was opened up to 2”.

Which tube is best: conical form or straight form? Thin or thick bottom?

Read somewhere that conical form is best for thickening and straight form is best for length?

I think it probably comes down to a matter of personal taste. For me, I like the comfort of the conical base.
