I have been doing PE for little over a week now without any complications until last night. I decided to try the BTC stretches for the first time to try and keep my routine from becoming so redundant. I felt really good about trying them because I can really tell that the stretches I have been doing are helping and my flaccid look has already started to improve.

Well I guess I grabbed that joker wrong because when I released I noticed I busted a vessel in my shaft. It was not bad and only caused a slight bruise but I decided that I should stop there and not do my jelqs because I did not want to make it worse than it was.

Now I just have to figure out how to explain the bruise to my wife. “Honey what’s that on your dick?” “Oh that’s nothing I just pulled my dick up through the crack of my ass and busted a vein.” lol

How have some of you other guys explained your injuries to your other half? hehe

Where exactly is this vein and did you grip with a palm down or palm up grip? Only thing that I have had to explain was some bruising and for that I blamed her to be so rough on me. It worked great and I even got an apology blow-job. I encourage you to try. :D

Don’t give up on BTC stretches. I think they are the best. Just get a more comfortable grip. Try this. When doing a BTC with a left hand grip, step up with your right foot and put it on the bathroom counter. Fantastic hamstring/BTC stretch. Then, with a right hand grip, step up with your left foot. Hold for 30-60 seconds.

It was one of the small veins that run along the shaft skin of the penis. The bad part is its right on the top side of my penis so it’s very noticeable. So yeah I was using a palm down grip holding the top side of my penis. It did not really hurt but it came up fast as hell sort of like one of those blood things you get under your finger nail when you pinch the shit out of it. I like your idea about placing the blame on her but I doubt I would be as lucky as you. I can hope though. :p

We don’t have any kids yet so it’s pretty natural for my wife and me to shower with each other and walk around naked so it’s not something I can really hide. haha

The bad thing about saying my zipper did it is the vein busted about half way down my shaft on the top side. So in order for the zipper to have caught it I would had to have zipped up my dick while it was sticking through the zipper. Since zipper’s zip up the bruise would have to be on bottom. lol

Thanks for the advice. I really would like to keep doing them because I could really feel the stretch when I did that one so I know it would really be a great stretch to do.
