Hi y’all, I’m hoping to keep up with PE and become a regular here. I’ve been hitting the “register” button for over a month trying to get in, I’m glad they finally opened up the forum registration again.
The search option is not available when not a member so I’ve got a lot of searching to do.

I’ve become a fat man in the last 4 yrs or so and let me just say Fat guys have it hard. Not only are we ugly when naked but many of us, like myself, have this insanely huge fat pad around the dick. My fat pad is probably 1.75+ inches think. Try shaving off a good 2 inches off your visible flaccid length every time you go into the locker room and see how much fun it is to walk around like that :) . My flaccid hang, as is, is probably not up to par anyway. I’ve found it to be so variable that I havent even bothered to measure the flaccid length cause it’d mean nothing right now.

The fat pad also hinders BPEL measurement! My best BPEL estimate right now is about 6.25 in. This unfortunately also seems pretty variable depending on how much I push the ruler in and where I place the ruler. It varies from 6-6.75 inches really. From the side of the penis it seems to give me a measurement near 6.75 to 7in.. Measuring on the top of the penis it seems less. Anyway, what a pain. Many years ago I can remember dick BPEL measurements consistently between 6.5-6.75 inches.

Before I got fat the sex life was much better. The wife and I usually had orgasms together etc.. Now, not only does the fat pad decrease my effective dick size, but my bulging stomach also gets in the way of doing certain positions with the ease that we used to. Needless to say, I’m much less effective in bed.

I’m pretty sure I’ve also just become generally less healthy as well. The erections arent as hard, and stamina is down. Ideally working out will help all that out, but I’ve noticed when I work my body out hard the dick loves to turtle. I hate that. It seems any sort of discomfort I get the dick loves to go into hiding. I’ve read around here that many think that’s something you want to avoid.

Another problem with the fat is that PE is harder to do as well, particularly Jelqs. The fat pad makes the skin not stick to my body as much as it used to, so it’s hard to get a good grip on the bottom of the dick to start off the jelq stroke.

Obviously my strategy is to work on both weight-loss and dick gain. Losing weight itself will greatly help the old sex life, but I want to have quite a bit a gaining as well. I’d like to have better sex and satisfy more than ever. I’ve noticed a huge work-out motivator is just watching porn or even cinemax stuff. I’m sure on some level I may have let myself get fat from being lazy because there was no prospect of different women to seduce. Regardless, the wife is beautiful enough that I should keep myself up just for her and it will make both our lives more enjoyable.

Anyway, If any Fat or previously Fat PE’ers could give me some tips, I’d be appreciative. Besides that, I’ll be doing a lot o searches.

I’m basically in the same boat as you when it comes to the fat pad. Although I’m actually a lot smaller. But someone told me to try Pilate’s to tone the muscles in that particular area, so it’s something I’ve started trying, maybe it’ll work for you.

Thanks King, I’ll do some Pilates research, but if you knwo the specific exercise that does it let me know. Or maybe it’s just pilates in general

I have a bit of the fat pad so I know what you guys feel. As Davey said, if you know specific exercises which tones the muscle in that area (or anything about pilates), then feel free to express.

I’ve started running and walking and have a treadmill on the way. I don’t have any advice, you should know it’s a bitch.

Hi Davey Cockett I like the screen name btw, with losing wth I think some ppl just gain wth easier than others I only have to eat a spud to put wth on.

Now I only eat around 1000 to 1300 calories a day and do about 3/4 hour walking and about 20 minutes of press ups and things and have shed most fat now.

My fat pad is still around 3/4 but does not notice that much, but it takes a little erect size away still but I feel much healthier, so mayb give that way ago.

Good to hear from you guys. And pussycat, that’s an extremely small amount of calories per day.. Did a doctor ok that? I do know that people do go on extreme “calorie restricted diets” for life and it supposedly increases their lifespan. In mice it increases their lifespan up to 2x, so maybe that few calories is ok.

Hey Davey, glad you realized your problem…that is step #1! Regarding your fat pad, if you get on a steady diet of around 2000-2500 calories, and exercise twice a week, you should be fine. This may not be as much of a cutdown or heavy exercise program, but you need to build a strong base before you begin a harder routine. It’s better to ease yourself into the program then to get burned out at the start and risk your health even more. Also, IN MY OPINION, jelqing should take a back seat to health and appearance, so I wouldn’t worry about “turtle” enough to hinder my exercise.

Pussycat, that seems like an EXTREMELY low caloric intake. Even bodybuilders on a 14 day prep cycle before a show won’t cut that low on their calories. With the exercise your putting in, its a wonder your not passed out or dead. You might wanna check with a dietician on that routine friend?

I know an exercise that will reduce the fat pad. I learned it from watching women in the gym. Currently I exercise at home and have found a variation of this exercise. It requires an exercise ball. The kind you sit on to do some kinds of Pilate’s. I sit on the edge of a bench or chair with my feet flat on the floor my knees spread wide enough to accommodate the ball. To begin I hold the ball between my knees so it doesn’t fall to the floor. Ideally this should be done without the hands assistance but at first I would use the hands until your inner thigh muscles become stronger. Here’s the exercise. Slowly try to squeeze the knees together for a contraction. Slowly release the contraction while keeping enough tension in the muscles with the knees to keep the ball from falling. Repeat ten times. I’ve been doing this exercise since march and that pad is almost flat now. I was very sore the day after this exercise, so much so that I thought I had pulled a muscle. But it was only because I had never worked these muscles. I currently can do this exercise for five minutes without much of a break between sets. Start slow to avoid injury. After a first day of only one set of ten I would wait and see how sore you are the next day. Try to work up to three sets of ten three times a week. There is also a machine at the Gym called the Adductor and Abduction exercise for much faster results as you can add weights as you get stronger. You don’t need a ball with this machine, it’s made especially to work the hips and inner thighs. Ask a woman.

John I’ll definitely be trying that exercise.

Jbond, ya fat is definitely my first prob. I considered not doing any PE till I was done losing weight but I’m impatient like that. I’ve got plenty of free time, at least, and ideally I can spend lots of time on both. I was hoping that regular exercise and weightloss wouldn’t negatively effect a simulaneous PE workout though.. I havent read that it does, so I’ll continue doing both most likely. You’re also right that I don’t want to overdo any of it. Luckily, I’m not in a super hurry so if I see any negative effects I’ll back off a bit.

Right now I’m just doing the newbie routine, with a little more stretching than usual. I’ve only been on it for about 2 weeks or so. Here’s some specifics

- 5 min minimum warmup with very warm shower water from a shower massager
- 6 min of stretching (90sec in each direction at once) , while being heated from shower water
- 30 min of jelq (using vaseline because other lubs seem to wear off fast causing a bit of skin soreness)
- 5 min warming with either a heat pad or shower again
- 40-50 kegels .. This is where I sometimes slack right now. I’ve done these 2 ways. I really like doing them with an erect penis but sometiems can’t keep it going that long. The reason I like doing it erect is because it feels like it’s working stuff out more. The other ways I do it is flaccid, but when I do it like this I notice the penis often shrinks more. Kegels seem to take out some post-PE fluff.. So I have often put them off until later and then sometimes never got to them.

I was thinking that after a PE workout it’s prob best to have a decent flaccid hang and since Kegels often take that away I slack on them. Anyway, doing them erect often helps and to keep myself erect I sometimes use a vibrating bullet while looking at porn.

Hit a gym dude. Thats the only way you are getting back in shape. I dont think you can just concentrate on losing fat around your groin area. Good luck with the workouts

Your dick goes into hiding because the other parts of the body which are being worked out need extra oxygen supply so the blood rushes there leaving you dick in a shriveled up state. On my leg press day, I have noticed my dick turning pale blue, much of it for the want of oxygen supply. Drink lots of water. Dont use that as an excuse for not working out.

Yes working out and losing weight will greatly help you. Improved cardio vascular health will ensure better erections. Moreover, they will boost your confidence and ego. You say your wife is beautiful. If you were her, would you like to sleep with a fat man? Hope that is good motivation for you. Good luck again


Walk slowly but never backwards.

It is a generally accepted fact that you can NOT spot reduce fat in one specific area of the body. You need to work on overall weight loss (diet and calorie burning exercise).

I’m not fat, but I just wanted to let you know that the shriveling happens to pretty much everyone who work out. It goes away when you’re done working out though :) .

Eat less fat, eat reasonably healthy, go off all the unnecessary sugar, sodas etc. This combined with regular gym workouts, 3-4 times / week + morning walks every day will get you slim in no time :) .

And as someone said, it is scientifically proven and impossible to spot reduce fat unless you get a lipo job. Just cut off the crappy food like I said and work out regularly and it will all work out. :)

Yes well I use to do bodybuilding a few years back so mayb then I eat 4000 calories per day, never did it serious just to be stronger mainly but did quite good.

With this low calorie diet I do have a few extra calories like a steak and veg on fridays but mostly eat carbs like cereals, nuts, fruit and fish, a bit of cheese, and things like that which are all good types of fuel for the body.

I think it is the type of foods you eat that is the main factor, I am still around 16 stone in wth, at around 5’ 10” in height, and have been eating like this a year and a half now.

I think one should play it by ear how one energy level feels is the wth just falling of one, I feel much better myself, I do have a fair amount of glucose as well btw.

OK, I won’t count on the spot workout .. I’ll be working out the whole body.. Well I already have started 2-3 wks ago actually.

And it’s good to know that shriveling up happens to many guys after/during workout. This is why I , ideally , will do PE after the body workout so that I’m left with a dick with blood in it.
