dead skins on shaft.

I’ve been doing PE for almost a month now, and have started to notice some dead skins on the base of my shaft. What does this mean?

It means you need a moisturizer. :) Its just dead skin, we shed skin every so often (you should see my hands, makes a gator look smooth). So, use a good moisturizer and it should help.

Shower? Use a washcloth and soap?

You might not be using enough lube if you are jelqing a lot. A lot of abbrasion will cause a buildup of dead skin, but this is also amplified by dryness. So just do as sunshinekid suggested and moisturize. Also scrub some more in the shower to get rid of it (not too hard though!).
