I thought that one of the sex-change surgeons would be used to cutting on penile tissue and would have no problem doing the work, but it turns out they’re highly specialized and you can’t just make an appointment with one; at least the ones I’ve checked with so far.

Yes so far the only plastic surgeon that I think would be of use is ones that do a scrotum loft procedure which looks simple they just remove excess skin from the webbing which in my case seems to be the area with all the over stretched skin. But the only surgeon that performs that in my area is on sabbatical leave with no timeline of when he will return the office just told me to call back in the fall so I’m patiently waiting. And I’m sure since it’s considered cosmetic my insurance won’t cover it.

To answer your question, I think if you are able to have a normal erection, than things are somehow fine and you may be able to restore to some degree or fully the color of your glans after months/years. Just maintain a good blood flow, you need oxyganated blood comong in and out. Hope this helps

Thanks I will look into that. I’ve just recently go the hydro max bath pump and been doing light pumps for 15 minutes a day. 3 minutes on 2 minute rest sets of 4 and it seems to be helping a lot. The glans is feeling more alive and holding blood without deflating and feels a lot more form throughout the day. And I’ve booked an appointment to consult with a doctor who administers the PRP shot to see if that would help the healing process. Any thoughts on if what I’m doing is useful
