Dealing with the raphe
Just starting out on my third year of PE and have been doing pretty good. I’m becoming more aware now or what I feel is a limiting factor for me, my raphe. I had to look up what to call it, but it’s a seam or fold of skin that runs vertically along the bottom of my scrotum up along the underside of the shaft.
It seems to have the ability to stretch, responds to warming up, but unlike the other tissue it seems to be very rigid and is extremely resistant to change, targeted stretches feel more like painful tearing then stretching. It’s almost as if it’s insistent on returning to its condensed, tightened length and is actively working against gains now. As I’ve gained it seems to become more of a problem and it doesn’t seem to want to keep up with the rest of the tissue.
Does anyone have any techniques or tips that they’ve used to overcome this obstacle?
