Delay spray-pumping ?

Anyone here ever used delay spray ,icy hot, deep heat anything like topical cream and pumped with results ,kind of interested to hear about it.

I once in high school slapped some deep heat ,which is a muscle relaxant similar to Icy hot on and I had raging but painful hard on the whole day ,before I discovered PE, I remember I had to keep a roll of tissues at bay from all the precum to stop it looking like I peed myself
