Hi, (Sorry for the long boring saga)

Well, this may be harder for me than anyone else. I don’t think I will go into it (esp not in my first post), but I am a very stressed person (as a result, I have a small sexual desire at times) and have been for years. I live with a frown and worry about an aspect of my life.

Recently, I’ve had friends talk about their size, which made me examine myself - yep, I have yet another problem in my life. I am unhappy with my size/length/width. I don’t know how I never noticed it before.

I’ve never masturbated in my life, so I’m sure that has something to do with it. I found a PE guide in Spanish a while ago and started it. I kept it going for a month. It’s hard as I had to do the stretching in bed before I sleep (say 11pm), then wake up 5am to do the jelqing before my mother wakes up. I needed porn every time so I really needed the privacy.

I used to watch porn on the PC, pause it, and then “top up” my erection with my own mental image of sex (saving me having to go back to the PC every few seconds). But after that month, I noticed that while trying to jelq, my erection went down quickly. My mental images weren’t vivid enough. Jelqing kinda just flopped on me. Waiting and then coming back did nothing. I did notice some semen, so perhaps cumming + not having vivid images in my head doomed the session.

I lost sexual desire soon after (or maybe that was the cause of the erections going down?), so I gave PE a break of a week. Last week, I thought: if I could keep doing the stretching this week, that’s better than nothing. But I want to try it all again so I will tomorrow.

So I guess my questions are:

- Does stretching work alone for length? (E.g. Can jelqing take a break of some period but keep the other stuff going)
- Does lengthening (stretching) only work with “widening” (jelqing)?
- While stretching, if you lose grip, do you continue on from where you left off or restart? I’m gonna try gloves this time anyway (before I used my sock-like material boxers to grip myself).
- What helps your jelqing and mental imaging/stimulous/etc? Sometimes I can’t think of a specific stimulous so my imagination is kinda “weak”, hazy, unclear..
- Since I have already done a month, should I consider myself a “continuer” or a “newbie” (I.e. Start back from the basics?)
- If my jelqing isn’t going too well (or even if finally it does) can I stretch as much as possible for length or should I keep to the recommended times?
- I hold the head while stretching - I hope it’s not the tip I should be holding. My grip is: use index and middle finger and thumb forming a ring just where the head starts, so technically, I am grabbing the shaft a little. Any tips?
- I was under the impression that each excercise could have time (work, travel, dinner, etc) between them?

I admit that I did not do the hot compress often. This time round I am going to do the whole thing properly (if I don’t have the same jelqing flop situation), including the PC clamps (holding and releasing like cutting off your peeing, right?).

This and my other cause of depression is all that’s on my mind. I need it to work this time. I am in my 20’s so I’m already LATE.

PS: method I followed:
- Stretch for 5 mins forward (increasing stretch each min.), 1 min rest, 30 twirls. Repeat for left, right, up, down. One min stretch with 10 tugs.
- Normal jelqing (when I can).

No, you’re trying to permanently deform the natural shape of your penis. This takes a lot of effort.

Doesn’t matter where you start, and where you left off. What matters is how your penis feels afterwards. You want your penis to feel tired, but not hurt.

Start jelqing with a semi-erection and I find I need to stop after a while and let me erection subside.

If you haven’t done the newbie routine, you’re still a newbie. We’re all still learning.

Yes, your penis needs to recover. With the exeception of all day stretching - but you’re no where near that at the moment.

Here’s the secret to PE - Persistance. You have to keep on schedule. THere will be days when you just want to collapse after work and watch TV. the difference between people who gain, and those who don’t are the ones who turn off the TV and put their dicks to work.

If my jelqing session “goes down”, should I just put PE on hold for a time? I’ve read here that someone does stretching alone. I want length and girth but I’ll take what I can get for the time being - As long as stretching alone can have some use, and it doesn’t negatively affect anything.

I’ll try and start tonight. With 2 days on/1 off, can that be Mon-Fri on, Sat/Sun off? I suspect regularness is an issue, and I can be quite sure of what I will be doing Mon-Fri, but not the weekend. Also, there is the issue of the following:

On: Mon, Tue / Off: Wed / On: Thu, Fri / Off: Sat / On: Sun, Mon / Off: Tue / On: Wed, Thu .and from one week to the next, it will be hard to remember which days are on or off without a logbook.

With 2 days on/1 off, the days change around too much. Is there room for suitability or is this one of those “Do it this way or no way” situations?

The Newbie Routine

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches) <<<<<<<
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

5 mins of stretching could mean (30secs is time suggested on video manual page):

Down: 30secs, up: 30s, left: 30s, right: 30s, rotate: 30s - this isn’t 5 mins, so I’d have to do this a few times, right? And each week I’d just build up by 5 minutes? Any breaks/rests between each directional pull?

Ten 30 second stretches means you pull it, and hold it for 30 seconds, ten times.

I myself do 10 second stretches, 30 times, just because it allows the blood to flow better in my opinion. A BIG part of PE is based on blood flow. The way jelqing works is, you are forcing blood into your veins, causing slight damage to them. Then, they will heal in about a day or so, making your penis slightly larger. This is why I like to do all my PE at one time, then sleep/go to work/whatever.

With stretches, just pull for whatever time you feel like. Then release, let the blood enter back, and try to keep flaccid as possible. If you start to get hard, just stop everything, and wait until you go back down. You don’t need to rest in between stretches/jelqs, or at least I didn’t and my gains have been great.

I’ve been at it for about 3 months with 1/2 inch length gain, and almost 3/4 of an inch girth.

When does the “hot compress period” wear off? Is one five min hot compress good for a few hours?

1 Yes. But the other stuff will speed up gains.
2 Which gives you the idea that jelqing is “widening”. Jelqing at a low erection level is lengthening, not widening.
No, they work separately. Do both for optimal results. If they would only work together, then someone has to stop when reaching one of his goals.
3 Just continue. Stopping will make you paranoid. Put some blood in the glans to enhance grip and grip just below the glans. Your hands will slip rarely this way.
4 Porn, some hot girl you saw on the street, the last fuck you had etc.
5 Newbie. You are a newbie until you did the newbie routine or something similar for 3 consistent months. Do this to condition your penis.
6 Stretch as much as you like but doing it more than an hour makes the additional time useless. Slowly build up to approx. 30 minutes and keep it that way. Adding some advanced stretching in later will give you a total stretch time of approx. 45 minutes.

I just hot wrap once at the beginning, and warm down at the end.. If you want to be really tight about it, you can re-warm up after every time you do a set. Also, a session shouldn’t last more than an hour.

You are overthinking it, just go and try some stretches and see how they gain.

Chill on the age shit. There’s LOTS of guys on this site over 30, 40 and even 50 who have enjoyed great gains in PE. So for you to say you’re already late in this regard is borderline-insulting to said members, especially when you’re new here and obviously don’t know any of us.

Alternate your sources of stimulation. When I started out, I used porn DVDs. After a while, I became desensitized to them, so I concentrated on pure mental fantasizing. Depression certainly makes PE hard to do. But on the flipside, making gains with PE really lifts my spirits. Consider the following advice:

1. Don’t measure too often, no gains or negative gains can be a real bummer. :(

2. When you do measure, measure many times and use the biggest measurement as your official one. Always be generous. :)

3. Only look in the mirror that makes your dick look bigger.

4. Remember, your dick size probably varies with your level of arousal. Don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t seem big while you are watching some lame porn. Tell yourself "The next time I sleep with someone I will be bigger because I will be really turned on."

5. If you’re not feeling it, don’t put a lot of time into it. Conversely, if you’re horny and motivated, take the time to go through a intense, quality workout.

6. Remember (as they say in AA meetings), "Keep coming back, it works if you work it."

Ooops, last night, before I was able to read your reply, I just assumed (since this schedule/program is grueling) that it would be 10 stretches per direction (up, left, etc), so I ended up doing half an hour of stretching more or less. My member certainly felt like it had done a workout. I hope it won’t be counterproductive to do it properly starting from today: 10 mins this week, 15 the next, building up etc - I.e. It got a rough start - I hope it won’t accept anything less as “feeble”?

Well, it didn’t go according to plan:

I stretched too long yesterday, and as expected, while jelqing, my erection gave up and went down dead. I thought: I gotta do something. If I just go back to bed, I’m gonna feel like crap, so I just started masturbating the floppy dead thing, and it sorta came back to life OF SORTS. Yep, I had definitely cummed, but I was able to TRY a low erection jelqing session.

IF I wait for my sources of stress to go, I’ll jelq on my deathbed, so I’ll just take what I get. Hopefully things will improve.
