Did not have morning wood this morning

Did not have morning wood this morning

I don’t feel over trained and I have great EQ but I did not have morning wood today. I actually had some but it wasn’t that strong. Should I skip a workout just because of this or should I not care about it this much? I have been doing PE for the last 10 months and I never cared about this before too. My workout is basically:

-Warm up with hot water for 10 minutes
-100 side to side stretch
- 3 sets of 40 ok jelqing and 20 V jelqing (120 ok jelqing and 60 V jelqing total)
- 10 minutes of edging
- 5 minutes warm down

Morning wood is more about good sleep than anything else.

I’m not gaining huge sizes but after working out I usually have long and heavy flaccid and I kinda feel relaxed. But lately my anxiety is kinda out of control and I’m really obsessed about if I’m gonna injure myself or not. Not just PE but generally I have anxiety problem. That’s why I wanna be sure if I’m over training or not and things in that nature. I have been doing this type of training for the last 9-10 months

I think you might be anxious for no reason. Morning wood depends not just on the time of day but your sleep cycle, deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, etc. .. And sleep cycle has a lot of confounding variables, like when you went to bed, when you woke up, how tired you are, how much physical exertion, did you take any drugs or alcohol, heavy vs light meal before bed. All sorts of stuff, not to mention your mental state. Nothing to worry about unless your pecker hasn’t stood to salute the rising sun for a week or more.
