Did not have morning wood this morning
I don’t feel over trained and I have great EQ but I did not have morning wood today. I actually had some but it wasn’t that strong. Should I skip a workout just because of this or should I not care about it this much? I have been doing PE for the last 10 months and I never cared about this before too. My workout is basically:
-Warm up with hot water for 10 minutes
-100 side to side stretch
- 3 sets of 40 ok jelqing and 20 V jelqing (120 ok jelqing and 60 V jelqing total)
- 10 minutes of edging
- 5 minutes warm down
