The best thing you can do is research. Decide on what your goals are and research how to achieve them. Read the threads on different techniques and try things out while monitoring your PI’s. I believe there are slightly more advanced routines listed when you go to the newbie routine page.
Look around at people who have results you want and ask about their routines. Do not walk into a high intensity routine, find out how they got to where they are. Almost every single person on this site will tell you about their routine, and past routines.
I would suggest reading up on Ulis (girth) JAI and V stretches (length). They are pretty standard for more advanced routines. Make sure you read up on anything and ask/search for answers to your questions about a new exercise to prevent hurting yourself with improper technique.
