Quick question,do exercise like wet jelq regrow the foreskin? I was told today by my friend it did, and I do not want to regrow a foreskin by doing any of these exercises.

Many many guys here have jelq’d ‘wet’ for years without having had the side effect you describe.

What if your uncut? Does it make the foreskin longer?

The foreskin will grow in the same rate as your penis.
