Do I have to precede Jelq and Stretching before using extenders?
Can I skip manual routines like Jelq and stretching and start my PE with using extender?
I’m currently having problem with my jelqing because I’m uncut.
When I do wet-jelqing, My foreskin really bother’s my exercise. I don’t know my exercises being applied in my foreskin or shaft.
And When I do dry-jelqing, I don’t know am I doing right.
I usually get annoyed and become stressful before, and the time I do jelq, and the time AFTER doing jelq.
So I’m planning to skip manual routines and start my PE with extenders like, Penimaster PRO.
Must I precede manual routines (like Jelq, Stretching) before using PE devices (like Extenders, Weights, Pumps)?
In fact, I did jelqing about 1 and 1/3 month last year summer.
But, I didn’t retracted my foreskin when I did jelq that time, So I can’t say that I had growth by that and I did PE properly.
