Do I have to precede Jelq and Stretching before using extenders?

Do I have to precede Jelq and Stretching before using extenders?

Can I skip manual routines like Jelq and stretching and start my PE with using extender?
I’m currently having problem with my jelqing because I’m uncut.
When I do wet-jelqing, My foreskin really bother’s my exercise. I don’t know my exercises being applied in my foreskin or shaft.
And When I do dry-jelqing, I don’t know am I doing right.

I usually get annoyed and become stressful before, and the time I do jelq, and the time AFTER doing jelq.
So I’m planning to skip manual routines and start my PE with extenders like, Penimaster PRO.

Must I precede manual routines (like Jelq, Stretching) before using PE devices (like Extenders, Weights, Pumps)?

In fact, I did jelqing about 1 and 1/3 month last year summer.
But, I didn’t retracted my foreskin when I did jelq that time, So I can’t say that I had growth by that and I did PE properly.

If the foreskin is bothering you, you can retract the skin all the way back and hold it with one hand at the base, while doing jelqs with the other hand, and kegel - and hold the kegel - when you change position of the hand that jelqs, back to start a new jelq. It is maybe not as efficient as using both hands to jelq, but it is better than nothing.

I have to admit that I started out with an extender right away, before I knew there were a Newbie routine and jelqing. Stretching I knew about and did it some time before I bought an extender, so if you prefer to start with an extender, there is no wrong in that. Remember to use heat, by using a rice sock heated in a microwave. ( cheapest solution). Good luck.

If you’ve never used an extender before I’d suggest you try that first to see if you like it. Chances are that by using an extender, you’ll experience less problems than with jelqing. That was the case for me, but everyone is different though.

Well.. Last year summer,
I got an Extender from Aliexpress.

It was vacuum-type ADS/Rod Combination.

I used it for about 2 weeks and that extender was broken because of low durability.

I started using about 4 hours and plus 1cm from BPEL.

Listen to these guys jelqing is much easier then extender with foreskin problems. I currently gained good with jelqing but had to stop due foreskin problem as well. But extender is horrible with foreskin. Your gains in 2 weeks is probably better EQ because x hours extending and 1cm gain in 2 weeks seems impossible or wrong measurement.

Oh No I mean that the extender’s tension’s intensity is plus 1cm from my BPEL, Not gain.

I think I had a mistake about that.

So you mean that I can skip jelqing and start PE with extenders?
