Do I kegel WHILE stretching?
A while back, I read that I’m supposed to kegel during stretching. For instance, I would pull on my penis until I can pull no more, then while it’s completely stretched, I’d do a kegel. That made sense to me and I always remembered it. However I haven’t PE’ed for a very long time and coming back, I see no one mentioning this with some even stating that too much kegel will prevent gains. So what am I supposed to do? Should I do a kegel while stretched or no?
