Do other guys watch to porn when they jelq

I remember when Remik published his survey findings that suggested that people that masturbate and ejaculate as part of their PE end up having less gains than those who don’t.
I also remember furrowing my brow in disbelief when I read that. How could ejaculation have any relation to gains?

I have come to the conclusion that those times that I choose to masturbate and ejaculate as part of my PE … I am less focused on the routine and may even choose to cut it short in order to enjoy myself sooner.
My suspicion is that the link is that masturbating and ejaculating reduces your consistency and adherence to your routine.

Therefore, recognizing my innate weakness of will and understanding the strong likelihood that I will squeeze one off if i am watching porn … I do my best not to watch porn while doing PE

A week in I haven’t watched porn while doing the newbie routine yet. I have lost a little hardness when doing wet jelqs but as a beginner I don’t want to do it when I am too hard anyway. I guess I will give it 3 months and see if I get any gains.

I don’t watch any porn period. I don’t feel it is appropriate and prefer to fantasize about my wife.
