Not that I have tons of veins during a normal erection, but they are fairly apparant still. My girlfriend has never made any comments on them, not that i’ve asked her specifically about them. I guess she never really thought about it, like I didn’t.

I can’t see many girls being attracted to veins, they are kinda gross in a way.

Thanks for the positive comments guys, as i say im still not sure if they are proper gains. I just no that when i measured i had gained half an inch in length and girth. Still not sure if its because of a harder erection or not.
